El-dawy Audit Tax Advisory was established in 2014 with a clear mission: to provide Egyptian businesses with the same calibre of professional services available to multinational corporations. From our offices in Cairo, we have grown into one of Egypt's respected mid-tier professional services firms.
Our founders recognised a gap in the market — businesses needed advisors who combined deep knowledge of Egyptian law and regulation with a practical, client-first approach. That founding philosophy continues to guide everything we do.

Mohamed Eldawy, ESAA, EST
Managing Partner
Mohamed Eldawy founded El-dawy Audit Tax Advisory in 2014 and has served as Managing Partner of the Egypt office since inception. With over 19 years of professional experience, he brings deep expertise across audit, tax advisory, due diligence, and bookkeeping.
His career includes senior roles at Big Four and leading regional firms — Deloitte and Mazars — where he developed a broad industry footprint spanning contracting, oil & gas, manufacturing, public sector, hospitality, multinationals, NGOs, and advertising & media.

- Registered with the Financial Regulatory Authority — Section One
- Diploma in Audit & Accounting, Cairo University
